Back pain...80% of adults will experience back pain at some point in their lives.
Here are a couple of the movements I suggest my patients do to help move those joints and stretch the muscles in the back and relieve their pain.
If you sit at a desk or are on your feet all day you could easily pop a few of these into your day. If you struggle to kneel, pop a cushion under your knees. If you can't get down to the ground do them seated or put your hands on a wall and do the same movements.
