Kicking off our new women’s support group just before Christmas…? You think that's crazy?

Let me explain, why I think, it’s actually really great!

For many women in midlife, the run-up to Christmas often means exactly that: a lot of running around and feeling overwhelmed. With year-end work deadlines, children’s hopes, and family traditions, there are plenty of demands to juggle. You probably wish there were more hours in each day!

So, when you finally get a moment to yourself, indulging in some cake, Christmas cookies, or a glass of wine feels well-deserved and all too tempting.

Consequently, stress and sugar end up being major parts of your holiday experience!

Stress and sugar, however, are also two of the main triggers for a lot of menopausal symptoms, including weight gain, fatigue, brain fog and more!

So, why do I think it’s great to have our first session before Christmas?

1. You’re prioritising your own needs, making time for yourself! You stop the rushing and instead enjoy meaningful connections with other women experiencing similar challenges—reminding you that you’re not alone!

2. You’ll gain practical tools, fresh ideas, and insights to help you handle Christmas stress and extra calories better! Enjoy that cookie without worsening your symptoms!

I hope that together we head into the holidays with confidence, happiness and hope.

Don't get me wrong - I do think that supplements, therapies and advances in technology are brilliant and they have a place in this world and also in my practice! But - nature and real food always have to come first! They are the real thing and provide the best basis for healing and long-term health!

How often is the food you’re eating real food?

Full of vibration, light, goodness and nourishment from the soil it has grown in.

In our fast-paced world, food might satisfy physical (or emotional) hunger – but we have to ask ourselves: is what I am consuming really nourishing my body? Do my cells get all the ingredients they need for growth and repair – and thus to keep me fit and healthy?

Every vegetable, every fruit you eat is coded energy that changes your hormones, your immune system, your microbiome, your whole biology. Food is the most powerful tool to change your health!

Starting the week with a new thought!

How do you generally think about your health? When you experience symptoms… or when you suffer from a chronic illness? Do you think that something is broken and you need to fix it?

I don't think so! Your body is intelligent & beautifully designed - all to keep you alive. Every single cell in your body wants you to be healthy and vibrating.

Symptoms and chronic conditions are your body’s way to cope with a situation and to communicate with you.

So, why not try to think about your health differently? Instead of focusing on fixing your health problem, learn to listen to your body again! Concentrate on supporting your body’s innate healing abilities! Your body holds all the wisdom within for health and healing. All it needs from you is a little bit of help and trust…
