Led by a specialist mental health nurse, you’ll learn more about the impact of stress on the body and how to tackle it. A mixture of evidence based tasks and spiritual practices.

Do you love the end bit of yoga the most?! (Me too!)

Restorative yoga is best described as cosy yoga. You don’t do any of the traditional poses, instead we get comfy, use all the props and get into a deep state of relaxation.

The first half of the workshop is a series of relaxing poses and the second half is using sound vibrations, to heal on a deeper level.
