Helllo, I hope you have had a lovely summer & are looking forward to getting back to a routine or some normality.

For those of you i haven’t seen & as a reminder to those i have, all classes resume again from 5th September.

So whats on offer?
•Wednesday evenings 6-7pm abbotts village hall we have a revitalising hatha flow.

•Thursday evenings 6-7pm park community centre we have another revitalising hatha flow to choose from, or you can attend the 7:30-8:30pm relaxing yin class which often sells out so book early.

•Fancy a free class? Please leave Ropana Realms a google review, then send me a print screen of it so i can rewarded you with a discount code for one free class.

Whats news?
•You will notice a small price increase on class passes. This is my first ever price increase. Along with my experience as a teacher, my costs on hire, insurance, yoga alliance etc etc have all increased significantly over the years & the current pricing structure from 2019 is no longer viable.

•All bookings can be made via the website www.ropanarealms.com however please reach out if you are having any tech issues.

•All classes are mixed ability

•Mats/ props can be provided at request

What else do you need to know?
•I am on annual leave the first week in October so no classes that week.

•All classes will run up until 12/12/24 when we will pause for the festive period.

•Lookout for more updates on workshops, retreats etc, as i will increase my offering on pop up events.

HEY 👋 its been a while, i dont feel compelled to share much on here but i do feel it is essential i share this! You know what they say once a teacher always a student & i am beyond grateful to see the representation of Kemetic Yoga coming to us through the talented so much so i have been attending her classes for a few weeks now, my personal practice is so important & i am so honoured to be lead by Neeks 🌸
