Wellbeing at work is becoming increasingly popular and for good reason!

Not only do employers want to retain staff in the interest of the company finances e.g. cost of recruitment/retraining. Company growth also slows down when staff turnover is high. Offering wellbeing services such as massage to employees during their working day will not only benefit employees on an individual basis but it will also help staff retention and increase productivity. A 15 minute seated acupressure massage can be of real benefit and that's not a great deal of time out of the average working day.
