Feel Good Fridays – Scaravelli Inspired Yoga Wild Spirits Wellness Cafe and Studio 10-11am
This Friday we’ll be exploring the diaphragm the quiet powerhouse at the centre of breathing, posture and emotional wellbeing.
Modern life often asks a lot of our bodies. Poor posture, prolonged sitting, stress and habitual holding can restrict the diaphragm’s natural movement. When this area becomes tight or compressed, it can contribute to:
✨ Shallow or restricted breathing
✨ Neck, shoulder and jaw tension
✨ Lower back discomfort
✨ Fatigue and reduced energy
✨ A heightened stress response or sense of holding emotionally
In this Scaravelli‑inspired yoga class, we’ll gently explore how freeing the diaphragm can help restore balance throughout the body. Rather than forcing shapes, we’ll allow breath, gravity and awareness to guide us, encouraging the diaphragm to move more freely and support the spine from within.
Through slow, curious movement we’ll:
