I Have been working with peoples health and wellness for over 25 years, and am currently studying homeopathy and restorative yoga. I am currently teaching a mix of movements thats in-tune with whats happening seasonally. Right now the theme is 'connection' creating authentic fun flowing classes that bring harmony and balance to our bodies moving us in ways that help us to ease and connect through the Early summer. Fusing yoga, dance & martial arts.....
