Eka pada bakasana (one-legged crow) where to begin... π€¦πΌββοΈ
As with most arm balances it's really hard (and still a work in progress for me!) Harder all the more so with an off-set centre of gravity, legs doing different things, and a realistic chance of falling - definitely recommend using a wall when starting out and practicing on a forgivingly soft surface... As always the breath (steady), the bandhas (locked) and the drishti (forward of the hands) play key parts as well as balance proprioception - understanding where your body is and what it's doing in space and time. Practice kakasana/ bakasana, get confident with both knees on the back of your arms, then start to explore by having a wall behind you to rest the floating leg onto when transitioning to single leg support on either side. Do your practice, all is coming... ππΌπβ¨
