🌳 It’s important for your child to spend time outdoors as more time on screens may have an impact on myopia development

❗️Remember 20-20-20 when using screens. Every 20 minutes, try and look 20 feet away for 20 seconds

Happy Earth Day!🌱🌍

Here at Marshall Opticians, we always aim to do our best for the planet.

🧼 Our new 100% natural lens cleaner comes in a handy spray bottle which is refillable at our optic station. Great to use over and over again.

♻️We have recycling bins for both spectacles and contact lenses. The boxes are located at the front of the practices. Sometimes the frames are taken abroad to help those in need, or they are recycled and made into new items. Check out our chandelier!

🤓A selection of our brands make frames from bio-acetate which is a sustainable, plant-based alternative to traditional plastic.
