I’m on an SP day today and just look at all this gorgeous food… proof that you can eat well, feel satisfied, and still lose weight .

I’m now 7½ stone lighter by following the plan, and this is exactly why I love it – no deprivation, just real, enjoyable food

Good morning my lovely Facebook family ☀️💕

Started my day with a 7am swim this morning… and I won’t lie, it felt SO good 🙌

As you all know, running is my absolute favourite, but with a knee injury at the moment I’ve had to press pause. Instead of stopping altogether, I’m choosing to adapt and keep going because something is always better than nothing 💪

Right now, swimming is my focus… keeping my body moving and my mindset strong 🏊‍♀️✨

But tell me… who else walks out of the swimming baths with a towel wrapped round their head like they’ve just come out of a luxury spa? 😂

Every year we take the opportunity to give away all the clothes we’ve slimmed out of in support of Cancer Research UK/the Irish Cancer Society – and you’re invited 💜. Take those first steps on your weight loss journey, join us in saying goodbye to the clothes and items you no longer need, and this time next year you could be in a whole new wardrobe 👗!

I’ve just had a lovely, jam-packed two days at Slimming World Head Office at the Exceptional Service Masterclass

I’m always looking to grow and update my knowledge so I can support my members in group even more ❤️

A huge thank you to Clare Caswell for the unbelievable training and it was so lovely to see so many fellow Consultants there too 🥰

And would love to thank the catering guy’s as the food was absolutely amazing we all enjoyed it was incredible! 😍

Feeling inspired and excited to bring it all back to group! 💫
