Find balance in this busy world, feel healthier, stronger + better connected to yourself + ♥ones through the beautiful practice of yoga. It can be daunting to start or re-start something and I am here to help you take that first step. Hi Yoga Friends, it's been a minute!

Life has been super busy lately and I've also been enjoying time with my 16yr old who has not long finished her gcses.😍

It's easy for the doing and the busyness to take over and to let our yoga practice slip, yes this is a real thing for yoga teachers too. So let me be your motivation this week to roll out your mat, to breathe and to flow.🧘‍♀️💜

If you haven't practiced for a little while or even if you have, you can join me tomorrow, Thursday, 6.30pm for a gentle slow practice .wellbeing 🙏

Happy Summer Solstice, the official start to Summer, the longest day of the year in terms of daylight. ☀️ and International Yoga Day 💜🧘‍♀️

Hope you've been able to make the most of the beautiful day today.

Summer in Seasonal Yoga is all about the heart and its emotions of love, connection, joy and gratitude. The time of year when we should be getting out and about and enjoying connecting with others.

The flip side is we can fill our calendars up too much at this busy time of year and start to feel burnt out so it's important to find your happy balance whatever that looks like for you. Maybe some quiet time, a walk in nature, a little bit of yoga?

THURSDAY 6.30 - 7.15pm

This 45 min class is perfect for Beginners + Returners to Yoga.
~ You'll learn the fundamentals behind the key yoga postures to get you moving with more ease +feeling good in your body
~ You'll practice breathing techniques to help destress + relax
~ You'll enjoy guided relaxation for everyday mindfulness

NEW - Yin Yoga & Nidra
THURSDAY 7.30 - 8.30pm

Yin is a slow, more meditative practice, the perfect complement to our busy lives.
~ Mostly floor based, we hold postures for 2 - 3 minutes
~ The practice aims to improve flexibility and cultivate stillness in the mind
~ Expect to let go of stress and float out feeling lighter, calmer and more mobile
