A lady said to me recently, āI havenāt got back to running because Iām lazy.ā
It stayed with me. How sad is it that we feel itās ok to call ourselves names?
Weād never say that to a friend juggling a million things,,so why do we do it to ourselves?
The more I work in womenās health, and the more I navigate my own journey as a mum of two, the more I realise that the most important part of my work is helping women be kind to themselves.
We owe it to our bodies, and our minds, to treat ourselves with care.
Because womenās health is so much more than a few pelvic floor squeezes.⦠itās about compassion, understanding, and feeling supported in your own skin.
