✨️Blissful mornings under the lights ✨️

Burgess Hill, it was a busy one but a beautiful one. Had lots of grandparents and daddies today too which is always so lovely 🥰

Had the best chats with so many open and honest conversations. I LOVE that this space allows you to feel seen and heard. I LOVE that you have each other's backs and scoop one another up. We need that as mamas. Thank you for keeping it real and for being there for one another. I hope our little space allows you to just be, in whichever way works for you ❤️

And also remember, baby will baby. We all know that! So never feel worried or anxious if baby is feeling all the feels. There is nothing to interrupt or disturb at Glow. We embrace the chaos of little ones and we embrace you. We've got you 🫶🏻

✨️'Oh it's beautiful!'...✨️

That comment when one mama entered our room today made me so happy, so thank you! 😊

We're having such a lovely summer at Glow 💗 And today was no exception. So many babies, so many mamas, so much love and connection in our little space today 🥰

Thank you for another very busy morning- I am always so grateful for all of the love. It truly is such a joy to be able to create a space just as much for you as for your babes. A space for you to breathe, take a moment and enjoy the calm. 🫧

What a wonderful morning with a wonderful bunch of mamas and bubbas. Thank you for spending time with us in our little oasis of calm 🫧

I love seeing your little one's personalities coming out and seeing how they interact with the space so differently at different stages of development will never get boring 💗

There's an amazing community feel growing and I love seeing you build your village. Mums supporting mums is so important. Remember mama, you've got this 🫶🏻

I don't really know what the end of that sentence is... but what I do know is how lucky we are to have such a wonderful group of mamas, papas and bubbas 🥰

One of my favourite parts of Little Glow is how amazing you are at supporting one another. I love hearing you sharing your experiences. I heard some brilliant conversations today- you kept it real and that is a beautiful, beautiful thing 🙌🏻

Speaking of support, we were SO lucky to be joined by the lovely Stevie from today for all things sleep. Huge thanks Stevie for all the chats and the cheerleading ❤️

If it was your first time, I hope we get to spend time together again. If it was your millionth time- you know how much I appreciate you 😊🫶🏻

So the weather was hot hot hot but you mamas and papas were prepped and had your babes dressed in the best outfits for the heat- thank you! Windows open, fan on the go, let's glow 🥰

And what a wonderful morning it was! A double sold out session with old and new faces. I adore getting to know all of you and your little ones. I genuinely love hearing about your mini wins and that you feel comfortable enough to share the trickier bits too. I hope you know that Glow's always got you 🫶🏻

Had to say goodbye to another special lil regular today. Hate it. Can't cope with it. If your babes would just stay small enough for Glow forever that would be great, thanks.🤣

Camera obviously had a little meltdown today in the heat and hasn't taken all of the photos I thought so if you don't see many of your bub I apologise- will try again next time!

✨️So many babies...✨️

I didn't manage to make it round everyone today, which always makes me so sad! I love getting to know all of you 🫶🏻

However, it was a wonderfully busy session filled with so many supportive parents that I'm sure they will have welcomed you into our little space with open arms and I will make sure I come to you first next time! ❤️

Thank you as always for coming along to our little oasis of calm. Even with the hubub of parents sharing their experiences and babies vibing with the lights, our Burgess Hill venue always has a lovely, peaceful feel 😊

Big shout out to the ladies from for bringing the most beautiful selection of baby clothes. Make sure you check out their events- worth a visit to save some pennies and the planet at the same time 🌍

✨️The sun may be glowing...✨️

But so were we, escaping the blazing sun and replacing it with our dark room and gentle, soothing lights 🥰

Thank you all for coming- the heat and bubbas is a lot, I know. Hopefully you got a little reprieve in our space 💗 Fingers crossed that you got some long post-Glow naps and were able to grab yourselves an iced coffee!

We are back in Lindfield in 2 weeks- if you haven't managed to get yourself a spot, do join our waitlist. If there are enough people wanting in, I'll try and run another session 🥰

I've also been asked about when the next batch of tickets go on sale.... August will be available at the end of the month, and it's our Under the Sea specials! Exciting times! 🌊

✨️Burgess Hill, you were a dream 😍✨️

Thanks for an utterly gorgeous session today. Lots of new babes and mamas to meet this morning (congrats all, you're smashing it!) and also lots of my regulars, which is always a pleasure (you know I think you're awesome!) ❤️

I was a human climbing frame for one of my OGs (you are so on the move now, little one!) and I had the privilege of being present for a first smile, which was just magic! How lucky I feel to be able to spend time wth you and your little ones- what a joy! 🥹

I didn't take anywhere near as many photos as usual- too busy witnessing magical moments unfold and chatting with you amazing folk, so please do tag me in any you have taken 🫶🏻
