What a wonderful morning chilling out under the lights 🔮

Had some very little ones today entering their first sensory room. Thank you so much for choosing our little space to explore- they didn't know what to look at first! We also had some of our little ones who have been coming a while- they knew exactly what they wanted to explore! 🤗

Never worry if baby needs to sleep by the way- there's so much to see it can be super tiring for them! Gradually, as they get older and get used to the space, they will stay awake longer and longer and interact more and more. Just ask some of the mamas who have been coming since their babes were tiny- the space grows with your little bean 🥹

That's what makes Glow special and we will always be here for you to use however works for baby (and you!) 💗

✨️October vibes...✨️

We're back, baby! October means we are back to weekly sessions and multiple venues each week and it's so nice to be properly back to it 😍

Had some brand new babies today (literally a week and a bit old) and some who are super close to walking; some who haven't come for a while (and have grown so much!), some who come every week and some who came for the first time 💗

We love welcoming everyone into our calming space and hope you feel welcome here 🫶

Next stop: Lindfield 🌟

✨️Busy but beautiful...✨️

Well, Burgess Hill what can I say? It was beautifully busy this morning but you have such an amazing way of creating little pockets of calm, even though it's our biggest venue 🙌

Love seeing new baby friends being made, mamas having real, deep and validating conversations but also seeing parents having quiet bonding time with their babes one to one. That's the beauty of Glow- you can get from it whatever you need in that moment 💗

Waitlists have been growing, and I hear you...you want more...

All I'll say is keep your eyes peeled...November incoming 👀

Darkness is so important in our Glow rooms. Without it? Well, it's just a room.

With it? It's magic. Photos don't do it justice. They can't capture everything. They can't capture the feeling.

✨️Today made my heart smile...✨️

And also broke it a little bit too. So many of the babies today have been coming a while and they are getting so big! Where does time go?! 😭

I know the days can feel relentless and long, but I've never really comprehended how fast time really is until having smalls. 💗

And this isn't me saying enjoy every moment because let's keep it real, not every moment is enjoyable. But spaces like our little sensory room give you a chance to pause time, just for a second. Time to take a beat, take a breath and take in those little moments of joy 😊

✨️Oh gosh...✨️

We are now SOLD OUT until November as all our sessions at Park Centre are now gone! Amazing, thank you so much team 🥰

I've already had enquiries about when the next set of tickets go on sale...

Keep your eyes peeled for more info, November is looking amazing with lots going on at Little Glow including more special guests and the start of Christmas fun. Cannot believe that that time of year is creeping up already! 😱

In the meantime, join those waitlists. If I can put on extra sessions and the want is there, I do my best. I don't want anyone missing out on Glow 🌟

Lindfield, you were beautiful 😊 Thanks for escaping the rain with me this morning in our little room of calm. 💕

It may feel like Autumn is well and truly here, but I secretly really love these cosier months. And I love that I get to spend drizzly mornings with you and your wonderful bubbas enjoying the lights. One of the beauties of Little Glow is that the rain will never spoil the session. If anything, it makes the room feel like an even cosier oasis 🥰

Life is manic at the moment (particularly with school transitions which I know lots of you are dealing with too), so I'm keener than ever to make sure our little space offers you a moment to breathe and relax. Mamahood needs those moments 🫶🏻

✨️Slowly drifting...✨️

Wave after wave 🌊 We floated our way through the last two of our Under the Sea summer specials today, and what a fabulous morning it was with your little fishies in our deep blue sea 💗

Had some poorly and teething bubs so our first session ended up being one of our quietest for a while, but that in itself brought a wonderful sense of calm to the space. The second session was filled to the rafters, but still managed to feel peaceful which always amazes me. I guess it's the power of the lights! 🌟

By the way, please never apologise if you find you can't make it last minute- we've all been there! Little ones are super unpredictable- we will get another chance to Glow together another time 💗 And also never apologise for 'being late' or feel you can't come if you've missed the start- the space will always be there for you- you can come for the full time, part of the time, leave early, arrive 'late'- whatever works for you. We've always got you 🥰
