Good Evening,

This is a new venture for me. I completed a lovely workshop with Tudor Lodge Residential Care Home this week.

I am offering Drum based Activities with great music. Singing not essential but makes the session flow.

The sessions can be tailored to the abilities of the participants.

It is fitness but with a twist of not realising you are working out and keeping active because you can't help but dance and sing along with it.
