💚10 October 2025 World Mental Health Day is a national campaign and a powerful reminder of the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing. It calls on us all to prioritise and invest in good mental health for ourselves and those around us.

This year’s theme is ‘Mental health in catastrophes and emergencies – access to services’, shining a spotlight on the critical need for mental health support during times of global instability.
