What is Inner Child Work? 🌸

It’s the practice of reconnecting with the younger version of you — the part that still carries old wounds, unmet needs, and also your natural joy + playfulness. 💫

👶 Your inner child is:

The part that felt scared, unseen, or hurt

AND the part that felt wonder, creativity, and freedom

✨ Inner child work means:

Listening to that younger self

Healing old pain with compassion

Reparenting yourself with love & safety

Inviting back your joy, play, and authenticity

It’s about giving yourself now what you needed back then. 💖

Struggling to focus or calm your busy ADHD mind? ✨

Adult or child -

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques help reduce stress, quiet racing thoughts, and bring more focus into your day.
Body → Tapping relaxes the nervous system, lowering stress and restlessness.

🤯 Mind → It quiets racing thoughts and supports clearer focus.

🩷Emotions → It helps release frustration, worry, or self-doubt.

😇Spirit / Self → The practice builds self-acceptance and inner calm.

👉 Together, it creates balance — so someone with ADHD feels more centered, less reactive, and better able to focus

How to use EFT.

Name it — Pick one issue right now (e.g., “racing thoughts”).

Rate it — Rate how intense it feels on a scale 0–10.

Setup — Tap the karate-chop point and state: “Even though I have [issue], I accept myself.” (repeat 3x)

Tap through points — Gently tap 5–7 times on each: eyebrow → side of eye → under eye → under nose → chin → collarbone → under arm → top of head. Say a short reminder phrase (e.g., “racing thoughts”) at each point.

Breathe & re-rate — Take a deep breath and check your intensity again.

Reset — If needed, repeat or finish with a calming phrase like: “I can feel calmer and more focused.”

🧠✨ Mental health isn’t a myth—it’s part of being human.

Just like we all have physical health, we all have mental health. Some days it feels strong, other days it feels heavy. You don’t always see it the way you see a broken arm, but you can feel it—in your energy, sleep, focus, relationships, even your body.

Poor mental health isn’t “weakness.” It’s your mind and body asking for balance, rest, support, or healing. Science shows that stress, trauma, and even brain chemistry affect how we think and feel.

Holistic wellness means caring for the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. 🌿
That might look like:
