Yesterday's breakfast and lunch...

Overnight oats

40g oats... HE 'B'
12g chai seeds 2 & 1/2 syns
200ml milk ( unsweetened oat milk)
Sprinkling of flaked almonds 1 syn
5 or 6 frozen dark red cherries

All ingredients in the jar, stir, then in the morning I added 2 tablespoons of Fat Free Greek yogurt ... stirred then enjoyed it 😋😍

Lunch was out in our local spa/gym

Green salad with poached Salmon with a balsamic dressing... 🥦🥬🥒🫛
