✨ Exciting News ✨

I’ve just started a brand new journey with Josh Connolly and I’m beyond thrilled to be one of his very first 30 students! 🙌💫

I really believe Josh is one of the better course leaders – he brings real-life experience and a personal approach to his teaching, rather than the huge online programmes where you feel like just one of many, many students. 🌿

This course is already opening up so much for me, and once complete I can’t wait to begin offering breathwork and sound healing sessions – bringing even deeper layers of healing and transformation. 🎶🌬️💖

I’m so excited for what’s to come, and grateful to be learning from one of the best. Here’s to growth, healing, and new beginnings! 🌟

Just been to see at and he was absolutely brilliant - my dad came through and Stuart was able to give me his name (no other mediums have ever given his name [because it’s Polish]), Stuart gave me my sister’s name and my name as well as a LOT of evidence that was unmistakably him. Thank you so so much, I’m blown away by your abilities; lots of love to you and I wish you well on the rest of your tour xx

I would like thank all those who came to the Reclaim Your Calm sound bath last night at I had such a lovely evening and I am hoping that you all enjoyed it too. I must confess it was totally different to what I had planned and changed the playlist (to 999 solfeggio frequencies) and crystals just before we set off - I’m hoping no one minded and still felt the benefits of the session.
