New stone extension built on a farmhouse over in Grindleton .
Indian stone slate roof.
Not your usual job.
Started digging the foundations and come across an hidden well 20ft deep.
Bridged it with a steel cage and concreted over it, keeping part of it exposed of which we built a wall around with a steel grill over for safety.

New extension built on top of an existing one.
With agaite grey window & doors, plus new Indian stone patio.
With Indian stone slate roof

Extension completed in the ribble Valley.
Conservatory taken down replaced with new extension in stone to match the house with 2 aluminium sliders , slate roof with 4 velux windows for extra light. We also took out the back walls to create a large open plan kitchen dining & sitting area.

Crane lifting bifolds over the extension with no access

Extension built with a five panel bifold door.
Bricks to match with roof windows for plenty of day light.
This one was a bit tougher to do. The only access was through the house. So everything had to be carried in or out. We couldn't evan fit a wheel barrow through. So the bifolds had to be lifter over the house by crane

A revamped patio and new aluminium bifold doors with arch window .
Flags Indian stone with bull nose natural stone used for the steps.
Probably one of the biggest patios we've done

New larger opening formed and bifold doors fitted.
We would also like to say we would never ask any of our customers about there private medical history.
We do not agree with this government policy of division .
The customer was very happy with the job

A new fireplace we did. The customer
wanted it to look like it had always been there .
I sourced out some stones from one of the reclamation yards I use to find ones to do the job.

A new build we are currently building, today we are putting the roof girders in place with help from Kevin guy crane hire.

Well that's us finished for 2020.
Its been a tough year as it as for everyone.
I would like to thank the lads.
I couldn't do it without them.
Toughest year ive known
We only stopped for 3 weeks .
We had no choice but to keep working.
I am glad we could work.
Its a shame other businesses have not been able to.
Thanks to all our customers.
Merry Christmas & lets hope next year is a better one.
