I’m looking to create an adult wellbeing group where parents can bring their babies along to soak up calm, connection, creativity, and a little time for themselves.
This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time.
Being a mummy to three wonderful children has brought so much love, but also moments of loneliness, feeling lost, and anxiety. As a full-time mum, I always wished there were more groups that felt like they were for me too—places where I was welcomed to bring my children because childcare isn’t always an option, and honestly, sometimes I simply wanted to be with them while still doing something for myself.
When I had my second child, my beautiful little Lillia, I decided to learn crochet. I needed something that was just for me—something creative, calming, and meaningful. It helped me feel a sense of worth, gave me something beautiful to gift to Lillia, and stopped the endless scrolling on social media. I still look at her blanket now with so much pride and disbelief that I created it myself.
That feeling is something I’d love to help create for other parents too.
The idea is a gentle, welcoming space with connection, meditation, creativity, crafts, drinks, snacks, and support—a place where parents can breathe, feel uplifted, meet others, and take a little time for themselves, with baby right there beside them.
So here I am, testing the waters to see if this is something other mums and dads would be interested in being part of.
If this sounds like something you’d love, please let me know your preferred days and times. Any advice or feedback would also be so appreciated.
Please also share to any new parents you think would like a piece of this ♥️
Thank you 🤍
