April is .

Stress is something many of us live with, often quietly and without pause. While some stress is a natural part of life, ongoing or overwhelming stress can take a toll on both our mental and physical well-being.

Raising awareness is about recognising the signs, understanding our limits, and knowing when to seek support.

Counselling can provide a space to slow down, explore what’s contributing to stress, and develop healthier ways of coping. You don’t have to manage it alone.

Consider:

– Checking in with yourself regularly
– Noticing early signs of burnout
– Prioritising rest without guilt

Taking stress seriously isn’t a weakness – it’s an important step towards protecting your well-being.

Reshare to raise awareness 💙

Good morning 🌅

Hope you are all well . I am reaching out to ask for your kind support .

Ollie, my son is running the London marathon on 26 th April, 26 in memory of his cousin,Tom, who sadly passed away from a congenital heart condition. Ollie is raising money for the BHF ❤️ which is a charity very close to our hearts. He has been training hard for several months for his first marathon for this wonderful cause.

We are kindly asking if you could donate whatever you can afford as every £1 makes a difference .

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support with any donations as it means the world to all of Tom”s family. If you would not mind sharing this link with all your friends, families and work places where appropriate it would be hugely appreciated. Thank you .

Caroline 💗
