If you’ve not tried Yoga before and curious or returning to practice after the summer our community Yoga classes are here to support you.

Yoga is for every body, offering a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can move at your own pace. Whether you’re flexible or not, experienced or a beginner, I’ll help you feel comfortable and confident.
