Why is it so important to strengthen the core muscles?

💫Core muscle strength is vital for stabilizing the spine, pelvis, and hips, acting as the body's powerhouse for balance, posture, and injury prevention.
💫A strong core—encompassing abdominals, back, pelvic floor, and glutes—enables efficient movement, alleviates lower back pain, and transfers force between the upper and lower body.
💫Core muscles train the body to work in harmony, offering steadiness during daily activities and sports.
💫It enables daily movements like bending, lifting, and sitting for long periods to be done with ease.

🤔And what if you don't focus on the core strength?
➡️A weak core can cause for example poor posture, lower back pain, and reduced functional movement.

Some main meal photos from last week's menu.
When autumn arrives we love to eat more soups more often. Like cream soups and very rich kind of soups with meat and lot of vegetables.
Protein and fibre is always on the focus and definitely you can see more on the plates.
Carbs are low and moderate but we cook for the whole family in the same time and everybody eats the same meals. ( kids too)
