Dads are welcome to classes as much as mums!! You need to have time to get to know your baby too and enjoy that special bonding time together. So why not join us on a course?

Over the next few months I will be looking at creating a wellbeing circle for parents from all backgrounds and cultures to provide a safe space to support each other as you embark on your parenting journey and teach you some baby massage too (baby massage suitable for babies aged 6weeks +). Come along and relax, enjoy a cuppa, meet other parents and enjoy this special bonding time with your baby. Everyone welcome.

Hi guys, Lisa here, I wanted to pop a message here to let everyone know that for the next few weeks there will not be a baby group on a Monday as I am struggling with my own mental health. I am ok but I need some time to process things and work with my health professionals to get me back to where I was.

Mental health is something we all struggle with at some point in our lives and we shouldn’t be afraid to say ‘hey I’m struggling here’ this was part of the reason for starting my group in the first place, to support other parents in similar circumstances and make them feel supported and heard in a safe space.

I will be back but for now I need to focus on getting better and will post a restart date on here as soon as I can.

There will be no baby group this morning as my little girl is unwell and as you can appreciate I need to be with her. I’m so sorry to let you down .

If your baby is suffering with colic why not join me on a Monday from 10 - 11:30am and I can teach you baby massage strokes that will help alleviate the symptoms of colic!!

Join me tomorrow morning for baby massage, a cuppa and a chat as part of Blossom and Grow Parent and Baby Nurture and Wellness’ baby group for babies and their parents from birth to 2 years old, from 10am till 11:30am in St James Church Hall Barton-U-Needwood. £5 a session which includes baby massage taught session, free play, cuppa and biscuits (for parents!)
