Every hot tub we deliver has its own story, and today’s one felt special.

Damian reached out looking for a place where his family could slow down, unwind, and enjoy something a little different from the usual. After exploring a few options, he chose our Smart Pellet Hot Tub. Not just for the experience it offers, but because it simply fits his lifestyle.

Today we completed Stage 1.
The delivery.

We recorded a short video that captures the moment it arrived. Our partners did a great job getting it in safely, even after a last-minute reschedule.

Now we move to Stage 2.
Lifting the hot tub over the house, positioning it carefully, and completing the full assembly. Once that is done, Damian and his family will be ready to create the moments that matter. Warm evenings. Quiet time. A new ritual to look forward to.

Another Tamed Ocean spa found its home.

On June 1st, Sarah Lovejoy placed her order for the Tarkine EX Wood-Fired Hot Tub - choosing the elegant Grey RAL 7015 fibreglass, Thermowood cladding, and our Full Sand Filtration System.

After a few follow-up chats to tailor the layout for their garden, we began crafting the hot tub - and on June 21st, the Tarkine was delivered.
Our team joined the Lovejoy family the same day to assist with assembly and help set everything up - right on schedule.

From placing it in its final spot, connecting the filtration system, to walking through best practices - it was a hands-on, warm-hearted Saturday.

Sarah and Martin were amazing hosts - even inviting friends to lend a hand. The teamwork, the smiles, and the feeling that this tub was meant for that garden… made it one to remember.

We’re proud to deliver not just what was promised - but an experience that leaves people genuinely happy.
