Well what a night!

Tonight at winshill we wished our beautiful beth good luck at her final session before she goes for her operation.

Beth joined our winshill group in January with the goal to lose 2 stone so she can donate her kidney to her mum. She smashed that goal and lost more and now 2 weeks time she will go under the knife and give the most amazing Christmas present to her mum, a new kidney

She thanked me but it wasn't just me who supported her, it was her group too. It was her group that kept her going, It was her group that gave her food ideas, it was her group she made into her entended family. They also all loved her just like she was a member of there's!

She will truly missed and has assured me she will be back!

There’s nothing better than coming home to a warm, hearty meal that’s been simmering all day! I’ve been loving my slow cooker lately—it makes life so much easier.
