We’ve moved our Sunday Reset sessions out of the class timetable and into Courses, not as classes, but as rituals 🤍

Everyone who booked Yin and Restorative chose to stay for both. So we listened, changed our timetable and made your Slowdown Sunday more of an experience rather than ‘two classes’.

Yin + Restorative are now combined into one full Sunday Reset ritual. A slow, spacious afternoon designed to be experienced without rushing.

🕯️ 2 hours 15 minutes from 2pm.
🤍 Calm, gentle movement + deep stillness.
☕ Hot drinks and comfort breaks included.

The full Yin + Restorative ritual is offered as one intentional experience for £30.

These will be held once a month, with our next one coming up Sunday 1st February.

2025 we are (almost) done ❤️

Someone asked the other day, how it came about that Sera moved her shop to inside The Wellhouse. I’ve always had my flowers from Sera for as long as I can remember, and have used them for clinic events too. If you’ve had Sera’s flowers before, you’ll know what I mean when I say nothing compares.

Back in January (feels like yesterday, but it’s almost a year ago 😅), I promised myself that I wouldn’t tell anyone about The Wellhouse until it was finalised. I walked into Sera’s shop to buy some flowers and she had some brochures for premises in Burton on the counter. I asked where she was looking to move to, got really excited and blurted out that I was opening a new space and would LOVE to have her there.

And here we are, is the perfect fit alongside our classes and events 💗

Sera’s shop is my happy place, and you’ll almost always find me in there with a cup of tea. 😂🌸☕️

I can’t wait for 2026, and all it brings to The Wellhouse.
We do have classes on 29th and 31st December, and back open on the 5th, with memberships COMING TOMORROW. Keep your eye on your emails 🪩

2025 we are (almost) done ❤️
