On World Earth Day, a gentle reminder that healing can begin from the ground up.
Today is a beautiful invitation to reconnect, not only with the earth beneath us, but with ourselves too.
Something as simple as walking barefoot on grass can help us slow down, ground our energy, and return to the present moment. Feeling the earth beneath your feet can be calming for the body, soothing for the mind, and a lovely way to awaken the senses.
Our feet carry us through so much, and they hold thousands of nerve endings that connect to the whole body. This is one of the reasons reflexology can feel so deeply restorative too.
