Talking to a young 18 year old client earlier today who phoned me for a catch up and progress update - he said that he heard 'Su***de is a permanent solution to a temporary problem' and it made him cry as he had been so caught up with his problems that he could not see a solution and he was so grateful for my work.

Communication is so important - I would love to say that I am perfect and communicate - I am a highly trained mental health expert with 25 or so years experience, however I too know what it is like to have issues and find it hard to open up sometimes - I have had some excellent people to help me and others less so - keep talking and I hope very much that you find a 'good positive permanent solution to your temporary problems'.

My Podcasts were interrupted with couple of health issues - however now I am back and have some incredible people wanting to come onto my podcast and share stories and will help and inspire.
This is the first of two interviews with Mark Ormrod - who Prince Harry called The British Equivalent of Superman. Having lost two leg and one arm in Afghanistan he was left with 4 fingers and one thumb and being a Royal Marine Commando does not know the phrase 'I can't'.

Talking to a client earlier whose anxiety is so bad he cannot see nice or fun anywhere - I showed him this photo which I took yesterday to prove that life goes on - he smiled and told me he feels like the depression he has suffered from for so long had blindfolded him - now removed he was off for a walk.
