Following our team meeting today, I wanted to take a moment to share some truly wonderful feedback we received ✨️

Although the customer was unable to attend, his mum joined on his behalf and shared the following message from him:

“What you have done and put in place for me has changed my life. I feel like I have control back, and I feel comfortable working with people who are honest, trustworthy, and transparent, and who really know me and understand my needs. It really means the world to me, and this is truly what person-centred care is.”

This is absolutely fantastic feedback and a clear reflection of the commitment and compassion the team show every day

They should feel incredibly proud of the difference they are making. Achieving this level of trust and positive impact is exactly what we strive for, and it does not go unnoticed.

💧 Staying hydrated can sometimes be a challenge for the people we support in the community, especially for those who may be at risk of dehydration.

To help encourage hydration in a fun and accessible way, we’ve recently purchased some Jelly Drops for a number of our customers to trial 🍬💦

Of course, curiosity got the better of our office team… so we had to try them ourselves — and we can confirm, they were a hit! 😄

We’re always looking at new and creative ways to support the health, wellbeing, and independence of the people we care for. Small changes can make a big difference 💜

It’s the kind voice at the end of the phone when you’re worried about rent and too unwell to work. It’s the adviser who listens actively, rather than waiting for their turn to speak. And it's you reminding friends and loved ones that these contact details can save lives. Please share 💙

Today we say goodbye to Helen, and it truly feels like the end of an era. She’s been with KV Care for 7 years, and from the moment she walked into our tiny little office all those years ago, it felt like home.

Helen has been an integral part of the KV Care family, and her dedication and hard work have shaped so much of who we are today.

We’ve known Helen and been friends for 15 years, and that friendship will always remain.
