Sister Bloom 💜🩷 When Sisters Get Together

Collaboration Gathering | 6th May @lanarkshirelinks

There is something powerful that happens when women come together.
A space filled with warmth understanding shared stories wisdom and healing energy.

Sister Bloom is not just an event…
It’s a reminder that you are not alone.
It’s a space to breathe, reset refocus and simply be.
When sisters gather hearts open.
When healing begins, we bloom. 🌷
Come as you are.

Leave feeling lighter stronger and deeply connected.

Sometimes, even when we are taking two steps forward, we may need two steps back.
Overwhelm and burnout can creep in, and we need calmness to ground us again.
A restart. A refocus.
I took time to rest and reset — a walk in nature, tree-hug therapy, spiritual/energy healing. A moment to feel grounded and exchange energy with the earth, letting stress melt away.
I made my favourite sandwiches and snacks and sat in a peaceful garden. I journaled my feelings, soaked in the stillness, and practiced gentle breathing. It was a true recharge. I felt mentally and physically flowing again — calm, clear, and full of sakoon (peace).
And with that renewed energy, I ticked off my daily to-do list without feeling overwhelmed.
A gentle reminder to reconnect, refocus, and recharge your energy so it can flow forward 💜

Our message is simple and strong🙏

Just as you look after your physical health your mental mind health is just as important. 🙏
SakoonMind is our journey built from lived experience of mental health challenges that we faced.

No one should ever feel overwhelmed to speak about how they are feeling. Your thoughts and feelings are valid.
No one should feel alone not able to speak about life when it gets heavy.

Talking and asking for help is a STRENGTH not a weakness.

Our charity is dedicated to openness compassion and signposting individuals to safe spaces where they can talk. We are here to listen. 🙏
