Sakoon Mind is a Mental Health and Wellness charity that specializes in the South Asian community but people from all cultures and faiths are more than welcome. Our vision at Sakoon Mind is to help and educate people about different types of Mental Health. We want to teach that when Mental Health starts to affect you emotionally, psychologically and socially what tools and techniques are available out there that can help you change your day to day living and live a more fulfilling life. We will be bringing in professionals from the mental health and wellness side of things, who will come and teach physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, social, vocational, financial and environmental to help better their lives.

At SakoonMind we believe that just like your body needs the right exercise and nutrition
your mind also needs daily nourishment to stay strong calm and emotionally balanced.

Stand in front of the mirror place your hand on your heart and softly sayđź’ś
