A huge "thank you" to all of our carers who have worked tirelessly this year to help us build our reputation and provide the best standard of service to our customers.

My thanks to all of you who have gone "above and beyond", not just at Christmas time, but throughout the entire year. We couldn't do it without you.
Those of you who have helped the less able and present-wrapping, Those are not things which are included in any of our care plans, but you have done them nonetheless and gone out of your way to help.

We have had some wonderful compliments throughout the year, so well done to you all.

To those of you who are working on the holiday days, I hope that you have trouble-free shifts and are able to enjoy some time with your own friends and family.
