✨ What qualification will I gain?

Level 5 Diploma in Applied Reflexology for Integrated Medicine (OTHM). This is a higher-level professional qualification that is Ofqual regulated and recognised nationally and internationally.

✨ Do I need any previous experience?

No prior reflexology experience is required — just commitment and a desire to learn.

✨ How long is the course?

The course runs over 23 training days spread across around 12 months, allowing time for assignments and practice treatments.

✨ How much study is required at home?

You should allow around 10 hours per week for study, research and case studies.

✨ What will I learn?

The course includes:

Anatomy & physiology
Clinical reflexology
Stress management
Life stages & pathology
Evidence-based practice
Business skills for running a reflexology practice

✨ Is the qualification recognised?

Yes — the qualification is regulated and recognised nationally and internationally.

✨ How many students are in a class?

Class sizes are small, with a maximum of 8 students, so you get plenty of support.

✨ Can I work as a reflexologist after qualifying?

Yes. Graduates go on to work in private practice, clinics, hospices, corporate wellness, mental health settings and more.

Yes — you can pay in instalments or monthly standing order.

This two-day course is all about practical, hands-on learning, helping you explore how muscle chains, fascia, and posture influence your clients’ wellbeing. Perfect if you want to expand your skills and make your sessions even more effective.

The OrthoPody Training Course Will Teach You How To:

- Precisely identify the Muscular Chains and Fascia represented on the feet using graphic charts of the eight MyoFascial Chains and twelve Tension Lines.

- Use a specific series of eight field measurement techniques (appropriate for use in your clinic space) on the client, pre and post treatment, each one appropriate to each MyoFascial chain. This allows practitioner and client to clearly identify responses and changes in the range of joint movements associated with each Chain, as a result of OrthoPody treatments.

- Treat the client using a protocol of Reflexology techniques and methodology to rebalance each of the MyoFascial Chains and Tensions.

This course is ideal for qualified reflexologists and complementary therapists who want to grow their practice in a supportive, friendly environment.
