Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Snaith Surgery (will need to cover cleaner holidays at Rawcliffe surgery also)
We are looking for a conscientious cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the GP surgery.

Key Responsibilities:
Regular cleaning and disinfection of waiting areas, consulting rooms, reception, and restrooms.
Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting all floors and surfaces.
Replenishing and restocking toiletries and cleaning supplies.
Adhering to strict infection control protocols and health and safety standards.

Requirements/Skills:
Experience in domestic cleaning, preferably in a healthcare setting (though not always essential).
A diligent and hardworking approach.
High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness.
Good communication skills.

Working Hours: 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday 17.30-19.30)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate; NHS Pension offered

Today we say goodbye to Dr Obi. Dr Obi was a trainee with us, and for the last 6 months he has worked at the Practice as a salaried GP.
He is now off to work as a GP in Hull- we wish him well!

Please be aware that due to an accident, the M62 is closed at Whitley which means that traffic is gridlocked in and around Snaith.
There are also 4 way traffic lights in East Cowick which is having a knock-on effect.

🏆 Congratulations to Dr Ola (current GP Registrar) 🏆

We are pleased to share the news that the Royal College of General Practitioners has awarded Dr Ola with the prestigious Bibby Innes Award for the best Quality Improvement Project across Yorkshire & Humber.
