Here’s the down low!
We have a number of experienced healers and practitioners who will be facilitating the day. Myself, and will be doing a collaborative sound bath with alchemy crystal bowls, also using a Grotta Sonara gong and shamanic drums (prepare for the bliss!)
But first, we’ll begin with a gentle Crystal Meditation & Facial Reflexology session (you’ll be given crystals to use during this session and take home with you 🔮)
You’ll then enjoy a nourishing lunch alongside an inspiring Wellness Panel, offering insight, connection, and meaningful conversation around holistic wellbeing.
The journey continues with Higher Self Journalling, a reflective practice to access intuition, intention, and self-awareness, before you are immersed in a transformative Alchemy Sound Bath, which will include shamanic drums & a gong bath.
