We are a self-run support group for ladies of all ages who are either going through the Perimenopause, Menopause or are Post Menopausal. We welcome ladies from any area, not just residents of Irlam & Cadishead.

Our group meets the last Thursday of every month at Hamilton Davies House, 117c Liverpool Rd, Cadishead, M44 5BG.
Time: 7-8pm.

Our group is in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We share ideas, concerns, laughs and generally help each other.

Come and join us for a brew, biscuits and a natter!
