Now I've got a stinking cold and usually I avoid most of the bugs my kids get thanks to these two fantastic products but this time I was lazy with taking my supplements. So kind of serves me right!!!

Am so chuffed this morning that I just have to share this with you all!! I started c9 just over a month ago and moved onto FIT1 then 2 days after. This morning I weighed myself and I am now 1lb short of losing 1stone in weight!!! You can do it!!!
