Right now the idea of coming to a class might feel a bit overwhelming. You might be thinking:
“What if my baby cries?”
Don’t worry, babies cry, and that’s completely okay! We understand.
"What if they just sleep through the whole thing?”
That’s fine too! In these early weeks our classes are as much about you as they are about your baby.
Our sessions are a gentle space for you to take a breath, connect with other mums who understand what you’re going through, and focus on your own wellbeing as well as your baby's as you navigate these early days. Parenthood can be intense, and your mental and emotional health matter just as much as your baby’s needs. 💗
We chat, share experiences, and support one another without any judgment, just encouragement and kindness.
Our classes are completely baby-led, so if your little one needs feeding, changing, or cuddling, please do whatever you need to make you both comfortable.
