ress relieving, aiding sleep and boosting energy.....Or if you prefer a deeper tissue massage, this is great to reduce muscular pain, tension and easing stiff joints. The massage can be relaxing, invigorating or soothing depending on your needs. Remedial & Sports Massage is a much deeper tissue massage, great for reducing muscle tensions & pains before or after exercise, to promote healing post injury & to enhance sports performance. It also can help relieve many conditions, such as back & neck pain, repetitive strain injury, frozen shoulder, muscle imbalances with poor posture etc. All helps to improve range of joint movement and decrease pain! Reiki is great for stress reduction and relaxation, which also promotes wellbeing. A form of therapy that uses a simple hands-on technique, with a goal to improving the flow of life energy within a person. If your 'life force energy' is low, then you are more likely to get sick. Reiki is performed while the client remains fully clothed. I also teach Tripudio Movement Classes throughout Caithness. These classes promote fitness for rehabilitation and health, using gentle movements to music that can be taken standing or seated.
