Well, my lovely lot have continued to smash it and 🌸 ‘Make May Matter’ 🌸 with a bang 💥 this week with a cracking weight loss of 1️⃣2️⃣9️⃣lbs!!🥳

That’s a fabulous 9️⃣ STONE 3️⃣lb which makes a grand total of 1️⃣8️⃣ STONE 2️⃣lb…with 2️⃣ more weeks to go…and YES!! 🤩….they’re well on course to smash 💥 that 3️⃣0️⃣ Stone barrier this month for sure!! 💪🏻

Loving 🥰 all their activities too🚶‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🏌️‍♀️🏊🏄‍♂️🧘‍♂️🕺💃🏃🏼‍♀️ as they motivate and inspire each to move more whatever their age or abilities. 😊.

We also celebrated 1️⃣3️⃣ fabulous awards this week!! 🤩…including another gorgeous member Tara achieving her dream Target 🎯 weight 💃 having lost a fabulous 2️⃣ Stone 4️⃣lb in just 1️⃣8️⃣ weeks whilst also achieving her SILVER Activity Award 🥈…. AND she entered a New Stone Zone💃….having last seen that number over ten years ago!!🥳

Tara shared how she usually gave up after losing one stone on her weight loss journeys in the past…but this time, with the support, motivation and inspiration she received in group …and with the results she was getting on the scales and how wonderful she was feeling…she kept going and even reset her Target 🎯 by another 7lb in March!!

Tara shared ‘I am amazed to have lost this amount of weight and haven’t really felt I was missing out in any way. I have learnt a lot about healthy eating which I will carry forward and continue as a Target 🎯 member and I feel so much better’ 🤩.

Thinking about joining our fabulous Award 🏆 winning Slimming World group in Caerwent and wondering what to expect? 🤔

Here’s some info I hope will be helpful: we’re at Caerwent Village Hall EVERY TUESDAY with three sessions to choose from
3:30pm 🕞
5:30pm 🕠
7:30pm 🕢
So a time suitable for all, whatever your life, family or work commitments (and you can be flexible and dip in and out of each one as required whatever each week holds)

There will always be Slimming World signage on the turning to Highfield (look 👀 for the red balloons 🎈) and as you enter the car park you’ll see my banner and poster …with plenty of space outside with disabled parking too. We’re so lucky that we have the playing fields and park 🛝⚽️ which are perfect for keeping kiddies occupied in the summer 🌞 too!!

I’ll be waiting with a warm welcome 🤗 and a cuppa ☕️ ❤.

Check out my gorgeous members, Mum and Daughter Lynne and Kerrie jumping for joy 😃 as our ‘Two Together 2026’💃💃 finalists ❤️ at Slimming World at Caerwent Village Hall with Rachel whose lives have been transformed having lost 9️⃣ STONE 5️⃣.5️⃣lb between them 💃💃🥳

They got through to the National Final at Slimming World HQ in Derby yesterday and had such a blast 💥 but as always, there can only be one winner 🏆 and although they didn’t win….they are winners in my eyes 👀…💃💃….and both were presented with a Certificate and Glass Trophy 🏆 to celebrate their fantastic weight loss journey SUCCESS…and becoming winners in LIFE!!🤩

Many congratulations 🥳 lovely ladies, I’m so super proud and thrilled for you both 💕 xx

They’ll be sharing their journey and their experience of their very special day at the ‘Sparkly Castle 🏰’ in the 7:30pm session in group tomorrow…so if you’re looking to be inspired…look 👀 no further and come along and find out for yourself the POWER of having a supportive group with Slimming World to take YOU all the way to your dream weight.
