This is so true.

No one should be apologising for shedding tears when they are missing someone whether it be recent or years ago.

Yes time does change how we feel & we form a new very different life. However, at any given time anyone can feel their loss & I hope soon that grief & bereavement becomes much more talked about & recognised.

Today we received a lovely visitor from Caldicot & District’s U3A.

Linda Stewart pictured here is the publicity officer for U3A.

There are so many activity groups U3A offer from arts, music, 4 different walking groups for all abilities, dancing, computing, learning foreign languages & much more.

We always want bereaved people particularly to know about friendly groups to meet up with.

Caldicot & District U3A has so much to offer.

Some of the groups don’t meet again until September after the August break but more information can be found on their website:-

The first Saturday of every month from 10am - 12noon U3A host a coffee morning at Caldicot Methodist Church where you can find out more.
