There’s something quietly comforting about a winter walk 🤍

A walk can feel grounding. Cold walks can bring stillness and reflection. They are a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and feel connected to the world around you.

Grief has a way of meeting us in these quieter times following Christmas and if it feels heavy, a gentle walk may help clear the mind, even just for a moment.

If you are heading out, please take extra care as paths and pavements may be icy.
