I completely get it.

My first child was very free-spirited, and I used to worry about him not “fitting” into more structured sessions.

That’s why I loved FunkyMunky 💜🐒🧡

It’s completely child-led — we provide the music and props, but your child can join in however they feel in the moment. No pressure, just lots of fun 🐒✨

And for grown-ups, it’s a chance to chat, have a breather and make connections too ☕🧡

💕 What a lovely little group we had at FunkyMunky yesterday morning💕

It was wonderful to see some returning faces and some new ones too! ✨

🌟 What fantastic wriggling, rowing, shaking, dancing everyone did! 🌟 The children all joining in, their own way - just magic ✨

I'm looking forward to doing it all again next Tuesday!

🌿 Did you know…? 💛

Right next to our FunkyMunky sessions at South Hill Parish Hall is this lovely little play park 👀

It’s the perfect spot for a play, a wander or even a little picnic after all the dancing, wiggling and fun 🐒✨

So if you’re thinking about coming along, you can make a whole morning of it 💛

We’re back next Tuesday — no booking needed, just come along!

We will be:
🦈 🐬 🐠 diving with some ocean animals
🌈 shaking out our sillies
🐴 riding around with our horseys!
🚣‍♂️ rowing our boats - I wonder what animals we might see?! 🐊 🐁

💛 What a morning! 💛

Our very first FunkyMunky Cornwall session was such a joy 💖 — 12 gorgeous little monkeys all stomping, wiggling, shaking, dancing and hokey cokey-ing their way through the morning 💜🐒✨

It was so lovely to see everyone getting involved — from pirates 🏴‍☠️ and monsters 👹 peeking through keyholes to wiggling those wiggly woos! The children were amazing at learning the routine, helping with the props and tidying up too 👏💛

And for the grown-ups, a chance to enjoy a coffee and a chat ☕️ (with FunkyMunky mini carrot cakes for the little ones and biscuits for you!)

I had so much fun I only managed to take one photo of my own little monkey and her bampy 😅 — so if you came along and are happy to share any photos, I’d love to see them! Feel free to pop them in the comments or send them to me 💛

💛 A little thank you 💛

Huge thanks to Paintnprint for printing my leaflets — I’m so pleased with how they’ve turned out!

It’s all starting to feel very real now seeing everything come together ahead of our launch 💜🐒✨

And a big thank you to my husband for collecting them while I live the high life chasing 3 wildlings around Trethorne Leisure Park 😅💛
