There’s nothing I love more than getting lost in a good book — it’s my favourite mindful activity

Lately, I’ve been completely hooked on the crime thriller books by M.W. Craven. If you love reading, I honestly can’t recommend this series enough — they’re absolute page turners!
If fiction is your thing, these books are a must-read. The latest one, The Final Vow, might just be the best yet. It’s so well written — the perfect thriller, with just the right touch of humour along the way.
Start with his first one, which I think is called The Puppet Show if my memory serves me correctly, and you'll see what I mean.
Wonderful character development. Everyone needs Washington Poe and Tilly Bradshaw in their lives!

Today I got out into nature – my favourite kind of mindfulness.
I feel so lucky to have beautiful woodland right on my doorstep. It was incredibly tranquil… the gentle sound of the trickling beck, birds singing all around, and I even spotted a ladybird and a few butterflies 🐞🦋

Sorry I’ve been a little quiet on here lately — I promise it’s for a good reason 😊
Behind the scenes, I’ve been working on some really exciting new projects that I can’t wait to share with you all very soon!
Alongside that, I’ve also been focusing on keeping my professional development up to date. My latest training has been centred around mindfulness for menopause, something I’m really passionate about supporting.
