In the Turning Point, I shared one of my Oracle card designs called ‘The Taskmaster’, and some of the story behind how I came to know her, and develop her into a card.

I believe most of us have an inner task master - the part of us that makes us work through our long to-do list before we are even allowed a break.

↪️The one who wants us to keep going through our lunch break.
↪️The one who can’t stand unread emails.
↪️ The one who keeps tidying everyone else’s mess in the kitchen…

This process of meeting parts of yourself, and then creating visuals to represent them is like a form of art therapy.

She now finally has a home outside of my head and I treat her with compassion, knowing that she just wants me to succeed. But she doesn’t get to be in charge.

This is what we are doing in The Oracle Within- creating decks that hold deep meaning and emotion. Releasing stuck emotions and reframing the stories we tell ourselves.

It’s damn powerful work!

I’m sitting here in the gym cafe (aka my second office) drinking my coffee, feeling the weight and wonder of this moment on Lionsgate (8/8).

Hey 👋🏼 it’s been a while…

Truth is, I’ve been hiding a bit and not really showing up here.

Not out of shame - but out of a quiet rebellion. I wanted to prove to myself I could grow a soul-led business without constantly posting. And I did.

Two powerful programmes launched since April. Deep transformations held. All with barely a whisper here.

The old belief that I had to be “always on”? I simply am not available for that s**t now.

But now feels like the right time to start posting again. Not because I have to - but because I want to.

Something happened last week.

A download I’d been carrying for months… finally landed.

Scorpio Full Moon - This feels so aligned with everything coming through in Unscroll Your Life- my free 5 day experience this week! It was originally planned for 2 weeks ago but makes sense why it's coming through now... as a Scorpio rising I am feeling this big time!

Spiritual gaslighting is still gaslighting.

Even when it’s wearing flowy linen and holding a tarot deck.

If someone tells you:

“Your energy feels off.”

“You’d say yes if you really trusted yourself.”

All while pushing their program, their timeline, their urgency…

That’s not intuition.
That’s control dressed as clarity.

Real leadership holds space for your no.
Real power doesn’t pressure.
Real integrity doesn’t sell through shame.

You’re not blocked.
You’re not behind.
You’re just done being manipulated by people who confuse pressure with purpose.
