I rarely use this channel to talk about the person I used to be. But I realise a lot of people on here may not know the trials and tribulations to get to where I am now. We all have adversities in day-to-day life and I really wanted to take the time today to sit and reflect on how far this journey has come.. since opening the studio it’s been hard to feel proud of myself as there’s always noise keeping you busy! My food has always been used as an emotional tool to reflect where I am in my life, basically I don’t handle stress very well 😂 and this girl loves a cookie when she feels sad. From my biggest at 14 stone to being flexible where I am now has been the most freeing ever. It’s safe to say that opening a studio of my own back has been the most incredible experience and one that I never foresaw. To anybody that questioning their ability although they’re worth to be able to complete a challenge just know that you are extremely capable, it just takes a little bit of f**k it attitude and a little bit of discipline. Go out there and get your goals whether that’s food, life, work related. 🏆🌟🙋🏻♀️
