It’s been a while…
Something very, very important just came on to my radar.
A call out from a parent who had been shocked and saddened by her own family’s lack of tolerance towards her daughter who is diagnosed Autistic.
Often, wider family networks struggle with understanding difference. They just see it as naughtiness, belligerence or just down right rudeness.
Maybe a little help is required for these family members in the form of simple education.
For those of you who would like a pointer check out You Tube for a plethora of mini shorts you can ping out far and wide.
Attached is the video I used when my son was first diagnosed. I know my family really appreciated it. 💙
