Throwback to this string inverter with AC coupled battery storage unit for a customer who we have recently revisited in order to enlarge their system. It is always good to receive callbacks knowing you’ve done a good job.

Since the team visited initially, the customer has had a heat pump installed, so now wants to look at getting additional panels and battery storage so that they are more independent and their energy bills continue to decrease. We love working with people like this who are forward thinking and want to do more in terms of generating their own energy, roll on more callbacks like this.

We have been keeping quiet on our social media lately due to the new website launching, the demand going crazy amidst the energy crisis and keeping customers supplied with material where possible.

The above setup is both an inverter and a battery storage unit in a customers garage, we often get questions about where to put the electrical detail from both commercial and domestic customers, the answer is usually ‘wherever you want it’. The suite of products we use are IP65 rated meaning they can be stored outside and if there are vaulted ceilings we can fit the inverter elsewhere.

This setup is for a 4KWp system with an 3.6KW inverter and an 2.9KWh battery. It’s neat, tidy, non invasive and producing renewable energy to cut your bills!!

To keep customers updated with product availability (which is a lot more difficult to get hold of due to soaring demand and semiconductor issues globally), there are some challenges, but we are working closely with our providers, so please get in touch.

Another forward thinking Friday, this is a returning customer who has recently seen energy prices surge and has added a second PV array to his home in order to mitigate costs. He is also installing a battery storage unit which will also allow him to work towards a 24 hour renewable energy solution.

It is a joy to see each happy customer we work with right now, smiles on faces as the sun shines down, remember though even on cloudy days (which are inevitable during the English spring and summertime) you will still generate and create renewable energy saving you money.

Bit of fun in the sun again yesterday, absolutely loving this weather. With the days getting longer, spring being well and truly in season and the sun returning, there is no better time to consider Solar.

This little commercial unit couldn’t have the fabric permeated on the flat roof so we’ve opted for a ballast system which still gives the energy needed without touching what was already on the roof.

Throwing back to this time last week at the event down at the excel. It was fantastic and amazing to see so many people and innovative businesses wanting to do better.

A hamlet of houses!! The T&H boys have been getting after it again with this lovely development.

The job was done so well that we’ve recently been back and picked up some reactive repair work for a neighbouring site.

It’s been a wet one this week, but the guys have still gone after it and got what they can done.

Another 4KWp within the DNO limitations installed and another great example of doing right for the customer.

Our roofing background means we have never had to replace a panel, nor installed a system that is potentially dangerous from a H&S perspective. Always leave at least 300mm before installing any panel on a roof space and don’t try and fit too much on.

With energy prices exploding at the moment solar PV is a fantastic way to offset your expenses and when coupled with battery storage it becomes even more appealing.

Enquiries are at an all time high for us and we are enjoying watching the sustainable space grow.

Did you know there are varying options when it comes to a green roof, we can do them all. This little number is one of our tray systems installed on an EPDM solution.

We also want to show transparency to our customers and make people aware of the potential downsides when working on a roof space. When the trays / mat systems come out of the nursery they are ready to be installed, but of course aren’t bonded together.

In 6 months time this proposition will look a whole lot different and become much more of a garden in the sky. Green Roofs also increase the longevity of any roof space, are great for biodiversity and regulating room temperature.

They might not look as good as they can at the point of install, but still far better than a black roof covering, please get in touch for any roofing or renewable enquiry.

We like to party, we like, we like to party, but we like Solar PV more. We had a customer who didn’t have as much roof space available as they would’ve liked, so we came up with a solution to maximise the size of system.

Yes these do have the cells still on show and aren’t an all black mono (which is our most selected panel at present), but individually these panels give off a whopping 415W of energy and due to our roofing background we can advise on how best to use the space.

We are seeing more and more individuals requesting to go green, if you have any questions about systems, efficiency, orientation or anything else relating to renewable 🙏 send us a note.

Friday had a lot to answer for in terms of weather and how much carnage was caused countrywide, one of the positives however was that the office team managed to get over to site and lend a hand with the awesome Tanner & Hall team on this fantastic job which has been going on in stages over the past year.

These houses have a lovely tiled finish and with all of the features including sky lights & dormers it hasn’t been an easy one for the guys to get completed.

The developer is absolutely thrilled with our work and we are already in discussions for the next project. Absolutely smashed it gang, well done!!

A little before and after and another fusion Friday this week. This customer is building their brand new forever home and didn’t want to ruin the aesthetics of a lovely slate roof which is being installed.

That was our brief and our solution was simple, get integrated solar that sits within the finished roof and actually adds to the aesthetics.

It’s only a small system as it’s all we could convince the customer to go for, but nonetheless they are going to be generating and using renewable energy in a world that needs it more than ever.

We have seen sun and 15 degree heat this week, yet today it’s up to 90mph winds and a cold storm, that isn’t right and we all need to do more in making the world more sustainable. For affordable solutions and free advice speak to us and tell someone else about us.
