Hi all, can anyone PLEASE help me!
I got seriously hacked on Facebook a couple of weeks ago, luckily I found a wonderful friend who managed to get me back up and running, having had no Facebook, Messenger or Facebook Ads for over a week. However ..... during the time I was hacked I was also ROBBED! Yes, the hacker (who was in Vietnam ???? - just saying in case anyone else has a strange message from this part of the world) used my details to order £800 of Facebook advertising. Luckily we became aware of this after only £200 of my money was taken via my Pay Pal.
Now - I have evidence of all of this , but I cannot find anywhere a genuine and legitimate number or even email address to report all of this to Facebook. It's unbelievable that a huge organisation like this are UNCONTACTABLE. So Please if anyone has genuine, legit contact details for Facebook please let have this info (as you can imagine I am very untrusting at the moment and I don't want to get caught up in another scam). I really think the person or people who did this are also doing it to others and deserve to be punished for committing a crime, plus I wouldn't say no to getting my £200 back!
Somebody out there must have the answer to this. Thank you x
