Busy weekend
Cambridgeshire county championships and massaging at the Sawston fun run.

British Masters indoor championships 2025.
Great social occasion to meet up with so many of my fellow throwers.
Lisa picked up a sliver in the W55 shot and I managed to pick up a bronze in the W50.

13 more sleeps until British Masters Winter Throws Competition and 26 sleeps left to go until World Masters Indoor Championships.

Better get on with training.
