*You are not alone—and your healing matters.*

Join us for a supportive, healing-centered workshop hosted by I Found Me Counselling, created for those who have experienced or are currently navigating the impacts of race-based trauma.

*This space is for you if you’ve ever felt:*

- Unseen, unheard, or unsafe because of your race

- Emotionally exhausted by microaggressions or discrimination

- The weight of navigating the world in Black and Brown skin

In this workshop, we’ll explore what race-based trauma is and how it shows up.

- Tools to begin healing in community

- A safe, affirming space to be seen, heard, and supported

This is a space for care, connection, and collective healing.
